A leading hosting company in Europe is looking for a specialist in the customer support department with management skills. You must be able to take all the work in providing technical support, answering pre-sale questions via chat and phone and provide support to all clients of this region (Poland).

$ 500 + 5% of total sales in this region.
Our company is actively developing it’s branches throughout Europe, we invest tens of thousands of dollars in advertising in Google Ads, Facebook, we purchase various advertising platforms and conduct advertising locally in the regions.
Knowledge of popular CMS (Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal)
Ability to transfer sites from hosting to hosting
Managing Domains, DNS
Experience with cPanel/ WHM
Basic knowledge of working with SSH
Basic knowledge in VPS operation and configuration, CP installations.
A full customer support that includes chat, phone and ticket support.
Help clients in transferring sites from hosting to hosting
Help in solving problems with the launch of sites (at the basic level, without programming) and other current issues in the operation of the hosting account.
Remote work from home.
A sociable, mentally stable person, able to work with clients on a straight line.
